Victoria University Brisbane Global Excellence Scholarship
About the scholarship
You will receive a 17% discount on the course tuition fee for the first two semesters of the course. If you successfully complete all units in your first year of study, this discount will continue for the remainder of the course (calculated from the date of commencement to the course end date stated in the letter of offer).
Eligibility
- This scholarship is open to all onshore and offshore international students commencing an undergraduate, postgraduate and higher education diploma in IT and Business at VU Brisbane in 2023.
- To accept the scholarship, students are required to pay a tuition fee deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before the course start date.
- Eligible students can remain qualified to receive the Global Excellence Scholarship for the entire duration of their approved study. This will be contingent upon the student paying all tuition and additional fees/costs in full before the census date of each study period, as well as meeting the conditions of their student visa.
- Please note that students who have already received a scholarship or sponsorship from another organisation for their VU course are not eligible for the Global Excellence Scholarship.

Victoria University Brisbane Global Citizen Scholarship
About the scholarship
The VU Brisbane Global Excellence Scholarship provides a 20% discount on tuition fees for international students who are commencing undergraduate, postgraduate, or higher education diploma programs in IT and Business at VU Brisbane. The Scholarship is available to international students who come from selected countries and are starting their studies at VU Brisbane in 2023.
Eligibility
- This scholarship is open to international students commencing an undergraduate, postgraduate and higher education diploma in IT and Business at VU Brisbane or VU Sydney in 2023.
- To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a citizen of the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Cambodia, Colombia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mongolia, Mexico, New Caledonia, China, Peru, Portugal, Philippines, Scotland, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa South Korea, Spain, Thailand, Tahiti, Taiwan, Turkey, Vietnam, USA, United Kingdom.

Victoria University International Scholarship – Melbourne Campus
About the scholarship
This scholarship is available to new students who are commencing a higher education diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate (coursework) program with VU Melbourne. However, please note that students enrolling in English courses, Foundation Studies, VET courses, and Research courses are not eligible for this scholarship.
You will receive a 10% discount on the course tuition fee for the entire duration of the course (calculated from the date of commencement to the course end dat stated in the letter of offer).
Eligibility
- To accept the scholarship, students are required to pay a tuition fee deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before the course start date.
- Eligible students can remain qualified to receive the VU International Scholarship for the entire duration of their approved study. This will be contingent upon the student paying all tuition and additional fees/costs in full before the census date of each study period, as well as meeting the conditions of their student visa.
- Please note that students who have already received a scholarship or sponsorship from another organisation for their VU course are not eligible for the VU International Scholarship.

Pathway to Victoria Scholarship
About the scholarship
Offshore international students who are applying to study at Victoria University (VU) are eligible for this scholarship if they are new applicants and are enrolling in an English course, Foundation Studies program, or Higher Education Diploma (pathway course) with a packaged offer that leads to a bachelor or master level of study at VU (the principal course).
Please note that the pathway courses must have commenced after September 2021, and students must enroll in their principal course by the end of 2023.
The scholarship will provide you with a on-off payment of AUD$2,500 after you complete your pathway course at the first census date of the principal course.
Terms and Conditions
- This scholarship can be awarded with other VU scholarships.
- Not available for students who have received a scholarship or sponsorship from another organization.
- To be eligible, students must accept their full offer within 2 weeks of the date on the Letter of Offer, and before the scholarship allocation runs out.
- To remain eligible, students must maintain satisfactory academic progress and a full-time study load in the pathway course. They must also transition successfully to the principal course and remain enrolled beyond the first census date of the principal course before the end of 2023.
- Taking intermission or deferring during the pathway course will make students ineligible.
