About the Scholarship
The University Excellence Scholarship is designed to reward outstanding international students enrolling in undergraduate programs at UOW’s Australian campuses. Recipients are awarded a 30% tuition fee reduction for the minimum duration of their chosen course.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be international students commencing an undergraduate degree at UOW in 2025.
- Achieve excellent academic results, typically a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 75 or equivalent.
- Enroll in any UOW undergraduate course, excluding the following:
- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation
- Bachelor of Nutrition Science
- Bachelor of Exercise Science
- Bachelor of Education (Primary, Early Years)
- Bachelor of Secondary Education (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Earth and Environmental Science)
- Bachelor of Social Work
- Bachelor of Psychological Science
- Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours)
- Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)
- Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)

India Scholarship
About the Scholarship
The India Scholarship is designed to support high-achieving students from India pursuing coursework degrees at the University of Wollongong (UOW). This scholarship provides a 10% tuition fee reduction for the minimum duration of the recipient’s course.

- Be a citizen of India at the time of application.
- Commence an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at UOW in 2025 or beyond.
- Meet the academic entry requirements for their chosen program.
- Enroll in an eligible UOW coursework degree, excluding:

Country Scholarship
About the Scholarship
The Country Scholarship is designed to support international students from specific countries who are enrolling in coursework degrees at UOW’s Australian campuses. Recipients receive a 20% tuition fee reduction for the minimum duration of their course.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be citizens of one of the following countries at the time of application: Brazil, Chile, China Mainland, Colombia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
- Commence a coursework degree at UOW in 2025 or beyond.
- Enroll in any UOW coursework degree, excluding the following:
